povodom Međunarodnog dana maternjeg jezika

Poštovani Bošnjaci,
Okupili smo se danas ovdje jednim dobrim i lijepim povodom, a to je obilježavanje 21. februara – Međunarodnog dana maternjeg jezika. Za Bošnjake kao i za sve ljude u svijetu maternji jezik je osnovni temelj i ličnog i zajedničkog nacionalnog identiteta.
Maternji jezik, jezik svoje majke, to je nešto što se ne da nikome, to je nešto što se poštuje i čuva. I Bošnjaci imaju svoj maternji jezik. Govorni jezik je sredstvo komunikacije, sredstvo kojim se pokazuju želje, i namjere i najdublja osjećanja.
Kako bi čovjek živio kad ne bi mogao da govori?
Zato sam pažljivo slušao svoje prethodnike i ponovo moram da kažem da mi je žao što i nakon 24 godine stojimo na jednom novom početku, stalno na početku. Zašto? Zbog činjenice da su Bošnjaci jedini narod na Balkanu koji nije riješio svoj nacionalni status ni u jednoj od novonastalih zemalja bivše Jugoslavije. To je problem.
Bošnjaci su kulturan narod, dobar narod, dostojanstven narod i Bošnjaci već pune 24 godine aktivno učestvuju u demokratskom procesu i evropskom putu naše zemlje. Bošnjaci, 24 godine biraju svoje legitimne predstavnike. To je jedna kultura, to je pravo ljudi, kao što svi drugi biraju svoje predstavnike i Bošnjaci biraju svoje predstavnike koji će da ih predstavljaju.
Najveći vid mržnje, neprijateljstva i diskriminacije jeste, kada državni organi ne poštuju izbornu volju Bošnjaka. Oni, koje bira neki drugi narod, koriste tužioce, policajce, sudije koje mi plaćamo od naših plata, da gaze bošnjačka prava. To više neće moći, od danas neće moći, to da znate.
Najteži vid mržnje, neprijateljstva, diskriminacije jeste kada narod izađe na izbore, izabere svoje legitimne predstavnike, a državni organi to negiraju.
I to kako negiraju? Negiraju sadistički. Postave neke svoje privatne tužioce Bošnjake, sudije i policajce Bošnjake i preko njih gaze bošnjačka prava.
I kad mi, kao poslanici odemo i razgovaramo sa ministrom, a oni kažu: „Taj i taj, po imenu je Bošnjak, vaš je. To je vaš sukob“. To je najviši sadistički vid komunikacije. Zato, pozivam i sudije, i tužioce Bošnjake i policajce da malo povedu računa o svom ličnom dostojanstvu, da ne hrane svoju djecu od plate gazeći bošnjačka prava. Ima Boga, da znate.
Oni imaju namjeru da svakog Bošnjaka pojedinačno maltretiraju, hapse, vrše pretrese, šalju grdne policijske snage, misleći da to treba da bude lični problem i želeći da naprave provokaciju. Naše je, pokušat ćemo da učinimo sve, da se izborimo za pravnu državu, pravnu sigurnost, vladavinu prava i od ove šovinističke tvorevine koju zovu srpska država Srbija, želimo da napravimo jednu demokratsku, modernu, evropsku državu Srbiju.
Da bi to postigli jedina formula spasa je bošnjačko jedinstvo. Moraju Bošnjaci da budu solidarni. Ne mogu da opstanu Bošnjaci u Srbiji ako i dalje gledaju kako dva-tri inferiorna tužica, inferiorne mazohiste, policajci i sudije zbog svoje plate koriste državnu moć, oružje, koriste čitavu aparaturu, tehniku, da gaze bošnjačka prava.
Imaju namjeru da isprovociraju sukob, a mi kažemo da im nećemo ispuniti želju, nećemo dozvoliti da se Bošnjaci pojedinačno suprotstavljaju tužiocima, ni policajcima, niti sudijama, nego ćemo ovdje dovesti tog tužioca, tog Bibića da objasni: Što mu smeta Hamid? Zašto je poslao policiju da Hamidu pretresa kuću? Ovdje ima da dođe i to da kaže.
I Momo Mimić ima da kaže: Zašto je poslao Smailoviću na Pešteri policajce na kuću? Zašto?
Ništa nije nađeno. I sad treba da dođu ovdje, ako su muško nek dođu sad ovdje i neka kažu: Po čijem nalogu su poslali na Hamida policiju? Evo ga Hamid ovdje! Ne mogu oni, da se kriju ko miševi u svojim kancelarijama, da potpisuju naloge da se maltretiraju časni ljudi, da se zastrašuju čitava naselja, a da mirno sjede u svojim kancelarijama, i da im niko ne može ništa. Ovdje će morat da dođu.
Ali ja molim Bošnjake, budite dostojanstveni, ovaj režim je pri kraju čim je posegao ponovo kao što su 90-te slali i vršili nasilje. Sad ponovo pokušavaju da isprovociraju Bošnjake. Mi ćemo se boriti, da znate, protiv njihovog vjerskog šovinizma, nacional fašizma i socijal rasizma. Borit ćemo se za pravnu sigurnost, pravnu državu i omogućit ćemo investicije kako bi mogli da živimo od svoga rada.
Moramo da znamo da se ne brani svoja sloboda onda kad ti policajac po nalogu nekog inferiornog sudije ili tužioca dođe na vrata. Sloboda se brani kad dođe na tuđu kuću, a mi ih okupiramo, uhvatimo ih za uši i kažemo da ne može to tako. Ne može to tako!
Molim Vas, niko im nije branio da pretresaju Hamidovu kuću. Evo ga Hamid ovdje! Hamid je rekao: „Vi ste policija, pretresajte“. Ništa nisu našli, ni oružje koje je pisalo u nalogu, ni drogu, ni novac ni neke kriminalne podatke i kažu nikom ništa, ni izvini.
Mi smo kao Bošnjačko nacionalno vijeće, osnovali pravni tim i od sad ćemo mi da kontrolišemo rad tužilaštva, sudstva, policije. Svi Bošnjaci imaju otvorena vrata u Bošnjačkom nacionalnom vijeću i u svim institucijama posebno u SDA Sandžaka koja ima bošnjački legitimitet, da iznesu probleme, da ih mi pravno razmotrimo i ako ne bude promjena, ne bude lustracije, tražit ćemo da se preispitaju sve sudije, tužioci i policajci koji su činili zločine nad Bošnjacima. I ako ne bude toga, tražit ćemo da ovdje dođe evropski sud, evropski posmatrači, nećemo priznavati ove ovdje miševe koji kugu šire.
Dobro znate, da mi Bošnjaci od 91. godine imamo ubijenih, nestalih, kidnapovanih i masovno prognanog stanovništva.
Prekjuče je bilo 20 i kusur godina, od 18. februara 1993. godine, kada je Užički korpus granatirao bošnjačka sela, pobio ljude i niko nije odgovarao. Prije tri dana našao se jedan tužilac za ratne zločine da pokrene to pitanje. I pokrenuo je pitanje da se ispitaju masovne grobnice gdje su zakopani Bošnjaci, Albanci i druge manjine. Predsjednik ove države se drznuo da kaže, ne dirajte to. To je bila poruka svim tužiocima da ne diraju po zločinima koje su učinili u njihovo ime, to je poruka svim Bošnjacima da izgube nadu za budućnost. Međutim ne može to tako.
Mi smo danas, sve manjine, demokratske stranke iz opozicije, zajedno podnijeli zahtjev za smjenu predsjednika države. On je simbolika, ako on kaže tužiocima ne diraj to, ne kopaj po tim stvarima, onda je to poruka policiji da i dalje ubijaju Bošnjake, da vojska i dalje koristi silu dok ubija Bošnjake. Ne može to tako.
Ali znajte, ne upadajte u zamku, da se pojedinci obračunavaju sa policijom, ne upadajte u zamku da pojedinci hvataju te tužioce za uši. Morat ćemo da idemo jednim regularnim putem, dokle god bude moglo da se djeluje kroz ove institucije sistema, kroz parlament, kroz sve institucije, mi ćemo to da radimo. Onog dana kad vidimo da ne možemo, tražit ćemo pomoć pa makar i NATO pakt da dođe da štiti Bošnjake.
Mislim da je ovo što se nama radi sramota i kažem Vam, kao što je maloprije Enis govorio, oni koriste svoje privatne Bošnjake za gaženje bošnjačkih prava.
Iz tog razloga smo mi, manjinski poslanički klub u Skupštini Srbije, koji čine poslanici Bošnjaci Sandžaka i Albanci Preševske doline, napustili tu farsu, taj cirkus od skupštinskog Odbora za ljudska i manjinska prava i ravnopravnost polova.
Rekli smo da je taj jedan drski i bezobrazni provokator, koji je predsjednik tog odbora, pokušao je mene, kao predsjednika jedne poslaničke grupe, da spriječi da idem na džumu. Stop, kaže ne možeš da ideš, moramo da razgovaramo. Pa magarče jedan ne zakazuje se sastanak uoči džume! Ne zakazuje se sastanak uoči džume!
Mi smo rekli, ako hoćemo da gradimo demokratsku državu Srbiju, tražimo da smijene to „kukavičje jaje“ koje je podmetnuto manjinama i da se imenuje za predsjednika Odbora za ljudska i manjinska prava i ravnopravnost polova, predstavnik srpskog naroda, da srpski narod kao većinski narod uzme odgovornost za budućnost manjina, a ne da podmetnu jednog čovjeka, nježnog karaktera, da on provocira i izaziva sukobe.
Zato vas molim, molim vas Bošnjake, čuli ste mnogo stvari, ali moram da vam kažem jednu stvar za kraj, mi smo jedna vrlo ozbiljna zajednica, Bošnjaci su jedan mali narod, autohton u Sandžaku, a čini brojčanu manjinu u Srbiji i Crnoj Gori. Mi znamo šta nam pripada, kako da civilizovano postignemo te svoje ciljeve.
Vidite, udruženi sa drugim manjinama u poslaničkom klubu, mi smo predložili državi Srbiji, Skupštini Srbije, jedan najmoderniji dokument – Rezoluciju za rješavanje statusa naciopnalnih manjina u Republici Srbiji.
Taj dokument su sačinili najbolji stručnjaci ove zemlje, ali uglavnom sve Bošnjaci. Taj dokument vrijedi milione dolara, a mi smo ga ponudili, kao jedna zajednica, kao naš doprinos ovoj državi na njenom evropskom putu.
I taj dokument, Rezoluciju za rješavanje statusa nacionalnih manjina u Republici Srbiji, predstavlja putokaz ovoj državi kako najkraćim i najsigurnijim putem da prođe kroz poglavlja 23 i 24, kao i sva ostala poglavlja i da postane punopravna članica Evropske unije.
Nama treba Evropska unija! Mi, Bošnjaci koji nismo riješili svoj status, pred nama je, da znate, dijalog srbijansko-bosanski i srpsko-bošnjački. Znači, moraju Srbi i Bošnjaci da počnu da razgovaraju o zajedničkoj budućnosti i moraju Srbija i Bosna da raščiste neraščišćene račune.
Vi ste izabrali legitimne ljude u Vijeću. Izabrali ste 35 narodnih poslanika koji su vijećnici. Izabrali ste tri narodna poslanika koji su u Skupštini Srbije. Imate legitimne predstavnike. Zato vas molim, ne nasjedajte na provokacije! Svaku drskost policije, tužilaštva, sudija prijavite, u našoj kancelariji, rekao sam imamo moćne pravnike, imamo pravne timove, mi ćemo to da riješimo.
Nemojte da vas natjeraju da vi uzimate stvari u svoje ruke, nemojte to da radite jer to bi oni htjeli. Na žalost njihovu, mi smo strpljivi.
Ja sam sinoć razgovarao sa izvjestiocem Evropskog parlamenta za Srbiju, sve je čuo ovo što sam vama rekao. Ja pričam istu stvar i kad sam nasamo s njima i pred vama, par hiljada ljudi, kod mene tajni nema.
Zapamtite ovu rečenicu, ne dozvolite sebi, Bošnjaci, da mirno posmatrate dok druga porodica pati, dok pretresaju tuđu porodicu, dok muče tuđe dijete bespravno.
Moramo kao ljudi, kao članovi jedne najviše zajednice, jer su ljudi braća po ljudskosti, po porijeklu, a vi Bošnjaci da bi opstali morate biti svi za jednog i jedan za sve, zapamtite tu riječ. Ako jedan Bošnjak pati svi moramo da osjećamo. Ne može da kaže Sulejman, ovaj mali prst je dobio gangrenu i to je njegov problem. Kad mali prst boli, cijelo tijelo pati i ne može da spava.
I tako, ako svi Bošnjaci budu patili zbog nepravde prema jednom Bošnjaku, cvjetat će nam ruže i bit ćemo zvanično bolji partneri državi. Neće ova država da razgovora sa fukarama, treba im muško za razgovor!

Held on the Occasion of the International Day of Mother Tongue
In Novi Pazar on the 20th February 2015
Respectful Bosniacs,
We gathered here today on a great and a very fine occasion to mark 21th February – the International Day of Mother Tongue. For the Bosniacs, as well as for all the other peoples in the world, their mother tongue represents the basic foundation for individual and national identity.
Mother tongue, the mother’s language, this is something of which no one can renounce, it is something that everyone respects and protects. The Bosniacs also have their mother tongue, their spoken language as a means of communication, a means to express their desires, aspirations and the deepest feelings.
What would human life be like without language?
So I have carefully listened to my previous speakers, and I have once again to say that I regret that, after 24 years, we are again at a new beginning, that we have constantly been at the beginning. Why? Because of the fact that the Bosniacs have remained the only people in the Balkans that have not resolved their national status in any of the newly emerged countries of the Former Yugoslavia. This is the problem.
Bosniacs are nice and good people with their own dignity who have been, in the last 24 years, actively participating in the democratic process and the European path of our country. The Bosniacs, elect their legitimate representatives in the last 24 years. It is a kind of culture, it is a human right, as all other peoples who elect their representatives, the Bosniacs also elect their representatives who should represent them.
It is the most common form of hatred, hostility and discrimination, when state organs do not respect electoral will of the Bosniacs, their representatives, who have been elected by the Bosniac votes. Those who have been elected by the votes of other people, are being used as prosecutors, police officers, judges, who are paid from our incomes, to violate the rights of the Bosniacs. It should not be the case any longer, as of today, it should not be possible any longer.
The most difficult kind of hatred, hostility, discrimination is when people go to the polls, elect their legitimate representatives and state authorities deny it.
And how they deny it? Denying their will sadistically; By appointing their „private Bosniacs“ as prosecutors, judges and police officers and using them for violation of the Bosniac rights.
And when we, as MPs go to talk to the ministers, than they say: “So and so, J.S. By his name he is a Bosniac, and he is yours, so that is your conflict”. This is the most common sadistic form of communication. I am therefore calling up the judges, prosecutors and police officers of Bosniac nationality to pay some more attention to their own personal dignity, and do not let themselves to feed their children from salaries earned by violation of the rights of the Bosniacs. There is a God.
Their intention is harassment of the Bosniac individuals through arrests, searches, sending out a huge police forces, creating scenarios of individual cases, all aimed at provoking a conflict. It is our responsibility to try to do all our best to struggle for the rule of law, legal security and the establishment of the rule of law, and from this chauvinist creation, which they call Serbian state of Serbia, we want to create a democratic, modern, European state of Serbia.
To achieve these goals, Bosniac unity is the only formula for our survival. The Bosniacs must stand in solidarity. The Bosniacs cannot survive in Serbia, if they just keep watching on two or three indifferent masochist’s police officers and judges, who just because of their salaries, use state power, weapons and the entire state apparatus and equipment for violation of the rights of their fellow citizens, the Bosniacs.
Their intention is to provoke a conflict, and our answer to that is that we do not want to fulfil their desire. We will not let the Bosniacs to settle accounts individually with the prosecutors, police officers, or judges, but here we will bring that prosecutor Bibic, here to explain to us what does he have against Hamid? Why has he sent the police to search Hamid's house? He has to come here to answer these questions.
Momo Mimic also has to explain why has he sent the police to Smailovic's house on Pester? Why?
Nothing has been found. Now, they should have to be here to, if they have guts to come to give us an answer by whose order police had been sent to Hamid? And here is Hamid! They should not hide themselves as mice in their offices, and sign orders on harassment of innocent people, to intimidate the whole neighbourhoods, to sit in their offices setting their mind at rest, and not being asked by anybody about anything. They must come here.
But I wish to appeal to the Bosniacs to behave with dignity, this regime is reaching its end, as it has turned back to use the same means from the 90's of sending police forces to carry out violence, and once again trying to provoke the Bosniacs. We shall struggle against regime's religious chauvinism, national fascism and social racism. We shall struggle for legal security, the rule of law in order to create possibilities for investments and conditions for all and to be able to live from our work.
We have to know how to defend our freedom, when a policeman comes to our door by a search warrant of such an inferior judge or a prosecutor. The freedom is defended when he comes to the door of a neighbour’s house, we surround him, catch him by pulling the ears and tell him he cannot do it in such a way. It cannot be done in such a way!
Your attention please, no one opposed the police to search Hamid's house. Here is Hamid! Hamid told them: “You are the police, go on and search”. Nothing has been found, nor a weapon that was subject of this search warrant, any drugs, money or any criminal data, and nothing had been said to anybody, even nor apology.
We, the Bosniac National Council have formed a team for legal affairs and from now on we are going to monitor the Prosecution, Judiciary and Police. All Bosniacs have an open door of the Bosniac National Council in all institutions and particularly in the SDA of Sandzak, which has also a Bosniac legitimacy to present their problems, to be considered, and if there would be no positve changes, any lustration, we should claim all judges to be reconsidered, as well as prosecutors and police officers who have committed crimes against Bosniacs. And if that would not have happened, than we should ask the European Court, the European observers to come here, and we would not recognize these mice spreading plague.
You know very well that we, the Bosniacs have, since 1991, cases of killed, missing, kidnapped persons and massively displaced population.
The day before yesterday, there has been more than 20 years passed, since the 18th February 1993, when the Uzice Corps shelled Bosniac villages, killed the people, and that nobody has been prosecuted. Three days ago a prosecutor for war crimes happened to raise this issue. He raised the issue to investigate the mass graves, where could be buried Bosniacs, Albanians and other minorities. The President of this country dared to say, not to investigate it. That was a message to all prosecutors not to investigate the traces of atrocities that have been committed, the message to all Bosniacs to lose hope for their future. But it can't end like this.
We, all minorities and democratic parties of the opposition, have together submitted today a request to the Parliament for impeachment of the President of the country. He symbolises the past, if he had told the prosecutors not to dig in those matters, then it meant a message to the police to continue killing the Bosniacs, and the army as well. And it can't end like this.
But you should know that, not to fall in the trap of individuals’ settling of accounts with police, not to fall in the trap of individuals’ catching prosecutors by pulling their ears. We shall have to go through the regular procedures, as long as it could be efficient, through the governmental institutions, through the Parliament and all the other institutions. On the day when we see that we are not able to do anything, we shall ask for help even from the NATO to come here to protect the Bosniacs.
I think that this a shame what is being done to us, and I would like to confirm what Enis has spoken about earlier, they use their „private Bosniacs“ for violation of the rights of the Bosniacs.
For this reason we, the minority Parliamentary Group in the Serbian Parliament, which consists of MPs of the Sandzak Bosniacs and Albanians of the Presevo Valley, have left such a farce and circus of the Parliamentary Committee for Human and Minority Rights and Gender Equality.
We said, that this presumptuous and rude provocateur, who is President of that Committee, tried to prevent me, the Head of the minority Parliamentary Group, to go to a Friday Prayer. Stop, he said, you cannot go, and we have to talk. Well, no one is that stupid to schedule a meeting at the eve of Friday Prayer! No meeting should be scheduled ahead of Friday prayers!
We said, if we want to build a democratic state of Serbia, we claim to replace the “cuckoo” which was placed to minorities and to appoint the new President of the Committee for Human and Minority Rights and Gender Equality, who would be from Serbian people's MPs, so Serbian people as the majority people should take responsibility for the future of minorities, and not to place a man of a „gentle character“, giving him authority to provoke an inspire conflicts.
Therefore, I appeal to you the Bosniacs; you've heard a lot of things, but I have to say one more thing at the end, we are a very responsible community, the Bosniacs are a small nation, people traditionally living in Sandzak, who make a minority with significant number in Serbia and Montenegro. We know what belongs to us and how to achieve our goals in a civilized manner.
You can see, we associated with other minorities in the minority Parliamentary Group, have suggested to the state of Serbia, the Serbian Parliament, one the most contemporary document – Resolution for Resolving of the Status of Minorities in the Republic of Serbia.
This document has been created by the best experts of this country, and the most of them are Bosniacs. The document is worth millions of dollars, and we've offered it to our country as our contribution to its European path.
This document, the Resolution for Resolving the Status of National Minorities in the Republic of Serbia, is a milestone for this country as the shortest and safest road map to pass through the Chapters 23 and 24, as well as all the other chapters and to become a full member of the European Union.
We need the European Union! We, the Bosniacs who have not solved our status, you should know, a dialogue is before us Serbian-Bosnian and Serb- Bosniacs. It means that Serbs and Bosniacs should begin to talk about a common future and Serbia and Bosnia must clear up their unresolved issues.
You have elected legitimate representatives in the Council. You have elected 35 deputies who are councillors. You have elected three MPs who are in the Serbian Parliament. You have the legitimate representatives. So please, do not let to be provoked! Every arrogant behaviour of the police, prosecutors, judges you should report to our office, I said we have competent lawyers, we teams for have legal affairs, and we shall consider your reports.
Do not let to be driven to a situation to resolve issues on your own, do not respond to provocations. Fortunately, we all are able to be patient.
Last night I spoke to the European Parliament Rapporteur for Serbia, he has heard all this what I have said to you. I'm talking the same things when I am here in front of you some thousand people, as with other people, I have no secrets.
And remember this Bosniacs, do not let yourself look at calmly while other family suffers, while someone else's family is being searched with no legal reason, while someone else's child is being mistreated.
We must as humans, as members of a community, because people are brothers in humanity and origin, and you Bosniacs, in order to survive, you have to be all for one and one for all, remember these words. If one Bosniac suffers, we should all have to empathize. Sulejman cannot say that his little finger with a gangrene is only its problem. When the little finger hurts, the whole body suffers and one cannot sleep.
So, if all the Bosniacs would be suffering because of injustice done against a single person belonging to them, we shall be prosperous and a better partner to the state. This state will not talk with losers and it seeks to talk with those having guts!

Chers Bosniaques,
Nous nous sommes réunis ici pour une bonne et jolie raison, et cela est la célébration du 21 février, la Journée internationale de la langue maternelle. Pour le Bosniaques, comme pour tous les gens du monde, la langue maternelle est la fondation principale d’identité nationale personnelle et mutuelle.
La langue maternelle, la langue de nos mères, c’est quelque chose que nous ne donnons à personne, c’est quelque chose que nous respectons et que nous gardons bien. La langue que nous parlons est un moyen de la communication, un moyen d’exprimer nos vœux, nos intentions et nos sentiments profonds.
Comment un homme pourrai-t-il vivre s’il ne pouvait pas parler ?
C’est pour ça que j’écoutais attentivement les orateurs précédents et encore une fois je dois dire que je suis désolé que, après 24 ans, nous sommes à un nouveau commencement, à un nouveau commencement tout le temps. Pourquoi? Parce que les Bosniaques sont les seuls gens sur les Balkans qui n’avaient résolu son statut national dans aucun pays nouvellement créé en Yougoslavie. Cela est un problème.
Les Bosniaques sont les gens cultivés, les bonnes gens, les gens dignes, et depuis 24 ans les Bosniaques participent au processus démocratique et à la route européenne de notre pays. Depuis 24 ans, les Bosniaques choisissent ses représentants légitimes. C’est une culture, c’est le droit de gens, comme tous les autres choisissent ses représentants, Les Bosniaques aussi choisissent ses représentant qui vont les représenter.
Une forme de la haine la plus grande, de la hostilité et de la discrimination, c’est quand les autorités de l’Etat ne respectent pas la volonté de Bosniaques. Ils, qui sont choisis par les autres gens, utilisent les procureurs, les policiers, les juges qui sont payés par notre salaires, pour traverser les droits de Bosniaques. Ce ne sera plus possible, à partir d’aujourd’hui ce ne sera possible, il faut que vous le sachiez.
Une forme de la haine la plus lourde, de la hostilité et de la discrimination c’est quand les gens votent, quand ils choisissent ces représentants légitimes, et les autorités de l’Etat le nient.
Et comment ils le nient? Ils nient sadiquement. Ils nomment ses procureurs Bosniaques de service, les juges et les policiers Bosniaques et en les utilisant ils tabassent les droits des Bosniaques.
Et quand nous, comme les députés, quand nous allons et nous parlons avec un ministre, ils disent : „Celui-là, son nom est Bosniaque, il est à vous. C’est votre conflit“. C’est une forme de la communication la plus sadique. Pour cette raison là, j’appelle les juges Bosniaques, et les procureurs Bosniaques et les policiers de faire attention à sa propre dignité, de ne pas nourrir ces enfants de salaire en tabassant les droits des Bosniaques. Dieu existe, il faut que vous le sachiez.
Ils ont l’intention de maltraiter chaque Bosniaque individuellement, de les arrêter, de les examiner, d’envoyer des force de police énorme, pensant que il faut que cela soit un problème personnel et voulant faire une provocation. C’est à nous, nous allons essayer tout, pour se battre pour un état de droit, pour la sécurité juridique, pour la primauté de la loi, et de cette création chauvine qu’ils appellent l’État serbe de Serbie, nous voulons faire un état démocratique, moderne, un état européen la Serbie.
Pour accomplir cela, une seule formule de sauvetage est l’unité Bosniaque. Les Bosniaques doivent être solidaires. Les Bosniaques en Serbie ne peuvent pas survivre si ils continuent à regarder deux ou trois procureurs inferieurs, masochistes inferieures, les policiers et les juges qui pour sa salaire utilisent le pouvoir de l’État, les armes, ils utilisent un mécanisme, une technique, pour traverser les droits des Bosniaques.
Ils ont l’intention de provoquer un conflit, et nous, nous disons que nous n’allons pas satisfaire leur désire, nous n’allons permettre les Bosniaques de s’opposer individuellement ni aux procureurs, ni aux policiers, ni aux juges, mais nous allons emmener ici ce procureur, ce (M.) Bibic à expliquer : C’est pourquoi il ne supporte pas (M.) Hamid ? Pourquoi il avait envoyé la police à examiner la maison de (M.) Hamid ? Il va venir ici et il va expliquer ca.
Et (M.) Momo Mimic doit dire : pourquoi il avait envoyé la police chez (M.) Smailovic sur la Pechter à examiner sa maison ? Pourquoi ?
Rien n’était trouvé. Et il faut qu’ils viennent ici, si ils sont les hommes il faut qu’ils viennent ici et qu’ils disent : qui leur avait commandé d’envoyer la police à (M.) Hamid ? Il est ici (M.) Hamid ! Ils ne peuvent pas se cacher dans leurs bureaux comme les souris, signer les ordres pour maltraiter les gens honorables, pour effrayer les régions entières, et être assis calmement dans leurs bureaux, et personne ne peut leur faire rien. Ils devront venir ici.
Mais je supplie les Bosniaques, soyez digne, ce régime est devant la fin parce que ils font la même chose qu’ils faisaient pendant les années 90 quand ils envoyaient et faisaient la torture. Maintenant ils essayent à nouveau de provoquer les Bosniaques. Nous allons nous battre, il faut que vous le sachiez, contre leur chauvinisme religieux, fascisme national et racisme sociale. Nous allons nous battre pour la sécurité juridique, pour l’état de la loi et nous allons faire possible les investissements pour faire possible de vivre de notre travail.
Nous devons savoir que nous ne défendons pas la liberté quand un policier vient par l’ordre d’un juge ou un procureur à la porte. Nous défendons la liberté quand ils viennent à la maison de quelqu’un d’autre et nous les occupons et nous les prenons par leurs oreilles et nous les disons que ils ne peuvent pas faire ca. Ils ne peuvent pas faire comme ca !
S’il vous plaît, personne ne les a pas arrêté d’examiner la maison de Hamid. Voici (M.) Hamid ici ! Hamid a dit : „ Vous êtes la police, examinez“ ! Ils n’ont rien trouvé, ni les armes qui ils ont eu écrit dans leur ordre, ni les drogues, ni les informations criminelles et ils disent, d’accord c’est ca, ils ne disent pas pardon.
Nous, le Conseil National de Bosniaques, nous avons créé une équipe juridique et à partir de maintenant nous allons contrôler le travail du bureau de procureur, de la magistrature, de la police. Tous les Bosniaques ont la porte ouverte dans le Conseil National de Bosniaques et dans les toutes institutions, SDA Sandzaka en particulier, qui a la légitimité bosniaque, pour présenter des problèmes, pour que nous les prenions en considération et si il n’avait pas des changements, si il n’avait pas de lustrations, nous allons demander que tous les juges, tous les procureurs et tous les policiers qui faisait les crimes contre les Bosniaques soient enquêtés. Et si ils ne font pas cela, nous allons demander le tribunal européen, les observateurs européens de venir ici, nous n’allons pas reconnaître ces souris ici qui répandent la peste.
Vous le savez bien, que nous, les Bosniaques, nous avons ceux qui étaient tués, disparus, kidnappés et exilés massivement.
Le jour avant-hier était plus que 20 ans, depuis le 18 février 1993, quand le Corps de Uzice avait bombardé les villages bosniaques, ils avaient tué les gens et personne n’était poursuivi en justice. Il y a trois jours qu’il avait un procureur pour les crimes de guerre qui a initié cette question. Et il a initié examen des charniers ou les Bosniaques, les Albanais et les autres minorités sont enterrés. Le président de ce pays osait dire, ne touchez pas ca. C’était un message pour tous les procureurs de ne pas toucher les crimes qu’ils ont fais en leur noms, c’est un message pour tous les Bosniaques de perdre l’espoir pour l’avenir. Mais ils ne peuvent pas faire comme ca !
Aujourd’hui, toutes les minorités, les parties démocratiques de l’opposition, nous avons soumis ensemble une demande pour le replacement du président d’état. Il représente un symbolisme, si il dit aux procureurs, ne touche pas ca, alors c’est un message à la police de continuer à tuer les Bosniaques, et à l’armée de utiliser la force quand ils tuent les Bosniaques. Ils ne peuvent pas faire comme ca !
Mais il faut savoir, ne vous laissez pas piégé, il ne faut pas se confronter contre la police individuellement, ne vous laissez pas piégé et ne prenez pas ces procureur par les oreilles tout seul. Nous devons prendre une route régulière, quand nous avons de capacité de réagir en utilisant ces institutions de système, le parlement, toutes les institutions, nous allons le faire. Ce jour quand nous voyons qu’on ne peut pas le faire, nous allons demander l’aide même de NATO pour qu’ils viennent et qu’ils protègent les Bosniaques.
Je pense que ce qu’ils font est embarrassant et je vous dis, comme (M.) Enis parlait tout à l’heure, ils utilisent ses Bosniaques de service pour traverser les droits des Bosniaques.
Pour cette raison, nous, le groupe parlementaire de minorités dans l’Assemblé de Serbie, qui est fait de Bosniaques de Sandzak et de Albanais de Vallée de Presevo, nous avons laissé cette farce, ce cirque de la Comité pour les droits humains et de minorités et l’égalité des sexes.
Nous avons dit que cet homme est un provocateur impudent et impertinent, cet homme qui est le président de ce comité, il a essayé de me stopper de m’en aller à prier Dzuma. Stop, il dit, tu ne peux pas aller, nous devons parler. Mais tu es un cul, il ne faut pas prévoir une session du comité juste avant Jumah (Dzuma) ! Il ne faut pas prévoir une session du comité juste avant Jumah (Dzuma) !
Nous avons dit, si nous voulons construire un état démocratique la Serbie, nous demandons à eux de remplacer ce « œuf de coucou » qui est planté là pour les minorités, et nous demandons qu’ils nomment un représentant de la majorité serbe pour le président de ce Comité pour les droits humains et de minorités et l’égalité des sexes, et que les gens serbe comme les gens de majorité prennent la responsabilité pour l’avenir des minorités. Et pas de planter un homme, qui a le caractère très fragile, et qui va provoquer les conflits.
C’est pour ca que je vous en supplie, vous les Bosniaques, vous avez entendu beaucoup de choses, mais je dois vous dire une chose pour la fin, nous somme une communauté très sérieuse, les Bosniaques sont le peuple pas nombreux, autochtone en Sandzak, et la minorité en Serbie et Monténégro. Nous savons ce qui nous appartient, et comment accomplir nos objectifs.
Vous voyez, associé avec les autres minorités dans notre groupe parlementaire, nous avons suggéré un document le plus moderne à l’État de Serbie, à l’Assemblée de Serbie – la Résolution pour résoudre le statut de minorités nationales dans la République de la Serbie.
Ce document était préparé par les meilleurs experts de ce pays, les Bosniaques en majorités. Ce document a valeur des millions des dollars, et nous avons le suggéré, au nom d’une communauté, comme une contribution pour ce pays sur sa route à l’Europe.
Et ce document, la Résolution pour résoudre le statut de minorités nationales dans la République de la Serbie, représente un panneau de signalisation pour ce pays, comment passer les chapitres 23 et 24 brièvement et certainement, et aussi à travers les autres chapitres et de devenir un membre de l’Union Européenne.
Nous avons besoin de l’Union Européenne. Nous, les Bosniaques qui n’avaient pas résolu notre statut, nous avons devant nous un dialogue serbo-bosnien, et serbe-bosniaque. Alors, les Serbe et Bosniaques doivent commencer à parler de l’avenir mutuel et la Serbie et Bosnie doivent régler les comptes.
Vous avez choisi les gens légitimes dans le Conseil. Vous avez choisi 35 députés qui sont les conseillers. Vous avez choisi 3 députés dans le Parlement de la Serbie. Vous avez les représentants légitimes. C’est pour ca que je vous en supplie, ne vous laissez pas piégé. Chaque impertinence de la police, du bureau de procureur, des juges, rapportez dans notre bureau, j’ai dit que nous avons des avocats très forts, nous avons des équipes des avocats, nous allons résoudre ca.
N’essayez pas de résoudre les problèmes tous seuls, ne le faites pas, parce que c’est ca qu’ils veulent que vous fassiez. Malheureusement pour eux, nous sommes patients.
J’ai parlé avec le commissionner de Parlement Européen pour la Serbie, il a entendu tout ce que je vous ai dit. Je parle la même chose quand je suis avec eux et quand je suis devant vous, quelques milles de gens, je n’ai pas des secrets.
Mémorisez cette sentence, ne vous permettez pas, vous les Bosniaques, de regarder tranquillement quand une famille souffre, quand ils examinent une autre famille, quand ils maltraitent un enfant illégalement.
Nous devons comme les humaines, comme les membres d’une communauté la plus haute, parce que les gens sont les frères par humanité, par origine, et vous les Bosniaques, pour survivre vous devez être un pour tous et tous pour un, mémorisez ce mot. Si un Bosniaque souffre, nous devons tous sentir. Sulejman ne peut pas dire, ce petit doigt a gangrène et ca c’est son problème. Quand le petit doigt a du mal, tout le corps souffre et ne peut pas dormir.
Et alors, si tous les Bosniaques souffrent à cause de l’injustice contre un Bosniaque, nous aurons nos roses épanouies et nous serrons officiellement les mieux partenaires pour ce pays. Ce pays ne va pas parler avec les fukaras, il a besoin d’un homme pour lui en parler !
